• At Handmade Dreams, we would be able to deliver products anywhere in India, with the help of India Post. 

• We don't have tie-up with any delivery partners as of yet and we would be exploring those options for our future deliveries.

• Once the product is ready to ship, we would be connecting with customers to confirm the delivery address and mode of delivery.

• The delivery charges would be applicable based on the Delivery location and on the charges incurred by us for the delivery.

• Upon the order confirmation, we would providing the delivery charges estimate which would be payable by the customer in addition to the product price.

• We would be packing the product in regular plastic package cover and/or in carton similar to other E-commerce shops.

• Based on the size/nature of the Product, additional packaging charges may apply. And this would be intimated to the customers upon order confirmation.

• We are committed to improve the packaging (to reduce single usage plastic covers) and improve our shipping policy based on the customer feedback to provide better experience to our customers.
